These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of candidbuyersguide.com (the "Site"), operated by Ismael Arcanjo ("Candid Buyer's Guide," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site is

Candid Buyer's Guide publishes independent reviews and information about online courses, guides, programs and similar products. We are not the creator, seller, or official site of any product we review, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of those products unless a review clearly says otherwise.

2. We don't sell the products we review

When you buy a product after visiting the Site, you buy it from the seller or a retail platform (such as ClickBank or Digistore24), not from us. Your purchase, payment, delivery, subscription and refund are governed by the seller's terms. We can't access your order or issue refunds. For help with an order, contact the seller or the platform named on your receipt.

3. Affiliate links

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

4. Information only, not professional advice

The content on the Site is general information. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between you and us. Some products we review deal with relationships, health or money. Before acting on anything you read, consider your own situation and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.

5. Accuracy and changes

We work to keep our reviews accurate and explain our process on our How We Review page. But prices, refund terms, product contents and offers are set by sellers and can change at any time, sometimes without notice. Each review shows the date we last checked it. Always confirm the current price and terms on the seller's checkout page before you buy.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site or its content, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. No guarantee of results

We don't promise that any product will work for you. Results vary from person to person. See our Earnings and Results Disclaimer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Candid Buyer's Guide and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site, from your reliance on its content, or from any product or service you buy from a third party after visiting the Site. Some jurisdictions don't allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. Third-party websites

The Site links to websites we don't control, including sellers' sites and retail platforms. We are not responsible for their content, products, terms or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

9. Our content

The text, layout and original images on the Site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, share links to, and quote short passages from our content with credit and a link to the original page. You may not copy or republish our reviews in full, or use our content in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.

Product names, logos and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the products we review.

10. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
• Scrape or copy the Site's content in bulk by automated means without our permission.
• Send us content that is unlawful, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights.

11. Corrections and complaints

If you believe something on the Site is inaccurate, or that our content infringes your rights, email contact@candidbuyersguide.com with the page address and a short explanation. We review every request and correct errors.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the Site after a change, the updated Terms apply.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be handled by the courts of Brazil, unless the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring it in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms requires you to resolve a dispute through arbitration.
